PAM STANLEY is a prayerful person and has a desire to work in ministry and to give back to the community. She worked for 33 years as a contractor at the U.S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown and brings with her experience in business and event management. She spent over 10 years planning and executing conferences for the NETL. Additionally, she has skills in data processing, financial and people management.
After much prayer and consideration, she has agreed to take on the complex job of running West Virginians for Life. She has a deep commitment to protecting human life, which she sees as part of her Christian ministry. Years ago, she volunteered at the local crisis pregnancy center here in Morgantown. At the time, it was one of the first such centers in the state.
She attends Calvary Chapel in Morgantown where she helps with the children’s ministry. In addition, she serves on the Board of Daughters of the King Ministries.
Pam is married to Jeff Stanley and they are celebrating their 38th wedding anniversary this year. Jeff is a teacher and a former coach at University High School. She has two sons, Jordan and Greg. Jordan and his wife Allison are expecting their first baby in October. This will be the first grandchild for Pam and Jeff.
