2010 Legislative Agenda
The pro-abortion movement is alive and well in West Virginia. They are more organized, effective, and better funded than ever before. They have presented a serious challenge to West Virginians for Life's efforts to protect unborn children. Governor Signs Unborn Victims Of Violence Act
When Governor Joe Manchin (D-WV) signed Christy and Ashley's Law, West Virginia joined thirty states and the federal government in recognizing unborn children as separate victims of crime. Click here to read more.

The Right to Know is Now Law !
By letting the Women's Right to Know bill become law without his signature, Governor Wise has allowed women and girls to have full access to medical information before having an abortion. Click here for details.
